Refund & Cancellation Policy
At NxtEdge Technologies, we are committed to providing high-quality ERP implementation, customization, and managed cloud services. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Refunds on Project-Based Services
Payments made for completed project phases or milestones are non-refundable.
Advance Payments: If a project is canceled before work begins, we will refund 80% of the advance. If canceled after partial work, only the unutilized portion (based on effort completed) may be refunded.
Customizations: Once any customization, development, or integration work begins, it is considered non-refundable.
2. Refunds on Subscription Services
Subscriptions for hosting, tech support, or service retainers are non-refundable after activation.
Clients may cancel services with 15 days' notice before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a project engagement by submitting a written request to help.nxtedge@gmail.com.
Cancellations before work has started will be subject to an 80% refund of the advance payment.
Cancellations after project initiation will incur charges based on time and resources spent until the date of cancellation.
For recurring services, cancellations must be communicated at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
NxtEdge reserves the right to cancel services with immediate effect in cases of non-compliance, non-payment, or violation of contractual terms.
4. Client Inaction or Delays
If delays or cancellations occur due to the client’s failure to provide required information, data, or timely feedback, NxtEdge is not obligated to offer a refund.
5. Requesting a Refund or Cancellation
All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing to help.nxtedge@gmail.com and must include:
Company and project name
Invoice or transaction reference
Reason for the request
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
6. Discretionary Refunds
In rare and exceptional cases, NxtEdge may issue full or partial refunds at its sole discretion.
7. Legal Terms
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
