Terms and Conditions - NxtEdge Technologies Applicable from 1st April 2023 – India Office Sales A sale is considered closed under any of the following conditions: - Verbal Commitment - WhatsApp Commitment - Email Commitment - Purchase Order (PO) raised by the client Upon confirmation, the client is liable to pay the advance amount to NxtEdge Technologies. Failure to do so will attract an interest charge of 21% on the final invoice value per week of delay. Refunds, Cancellation, Termination NxtEdge Technologies adheres to a strict no refund, no cancellation, and no termination policy. Once payment has been made for any product, service, or software, it is non-refundable and irreversible under all circumstances. Dispute In the event of a dispute related to ERP project delivery or payments, NxtEdge Technologies reserves the right to determine the final resolution.

All disputes are governed by our no refund, no cancellation, and no termination policy. Payments All payments must be made in the name of “NxtEdge Technologies.” Payments made are non-refundable and must include the applicable GST amount. Scope of Work A formal Scope of Work (SOW) document must be submitted by the client via email and explicitly approved by NxtEdge Technologies via a reply stating 'Approved'. In the absence of an approved SOW, delivery of ERP software is considered complete once login credentials are provided to the client via email. Any work outside the approved SOW will be billed separately at ₹8,500/hour. If NxtEdge Technologies completes out-of-scope work (intentionally or not), the company reserves the right to invoice the client accordingly.

Software Change or Customization Request (SCR) All requests for software modifications must be formally submitted via official email. Each request is reviewed for feasibility, cost, and scope impact. Charges for approved SCRs are billed at ₹8,500/hour. Work commences only after 100% advance payment is received. Software Support Post-project support includes technical assistance, debugging, and issue resolution. All support requests are subject to standard engagement terms. Emails Clients are expected to respond to emails from the NxtEdge Technologies development, support, or sales teams within 1 hour. Failure to do so will be treated as an intentional delay and logged under the 'Delay by Client' policy.

ERP Project Completion An ERP project is considered complete once the user ID and password for the ERP software are shared with the client via email. 3rd Party Integrations Integration of third-party software, hardware, IoT, or biometric devices requires that clients provide tested and functional APIs. Charges for successful integration are ₹8,500/hour. In case of failed integration, only effort charges of ₹4,000/hour will apply.
